i honestly had so much fun eating this, even the little coconut crumble got me giggling and kicking my feet LOL – anyways, i am usually a sorbet hater but this one was extremelyyy smooth (and its vegan too, how they did this without dairy … that’s crazy). would go back just to eat ice cream 🙂 is that bad ? since they’re a patisserie?

i get the hype after eating the mousse cake, although i would’ve wanted some more sponge to the cake to amp up the textural component. i don’t know, it was honestly really so fire. i LOOOOOOOOOOVED how nutty it was too (Korean toasted brown rice mousse with caramel, elliot pecan sablé, praliné) small individual size for $17
the third thing we got was the seasonal pluot tart (pluot compote, oolong tea cremeux, almond tart, honey) small individual size for $17. i googled it and apparently a pluot is a stone fruit akin to apricots/plums. anyways, this was a little underwhelming for me but i’m glad i gave it a try
