i definitely see the hype and they managed to change my mind about ricotta toast (shock) :O

i didn’t even think i could even get a reservation but we did it! great view of the kitchen too 🙂 it was so cool how everything moved so smoothly and things just clicked, whenever i’m in the kitchen i cook like i’m stressed TT

charred marinated peppers, marjoram, whipped ricotta crostini

this was crazy good, i used to have a thing against ricotta toast and this changed my mind. also, a bite of this mixed with another bite of the peppers AAAHHHHHHHHHHH (!!!!)

mezze rigatoni, 30 clove pomodoro, and basil

i get the hype, its among the best pasta i have ever tasted and perfectly al dente too. but not gonna lie, i prefer my tomato based sauces a little more cooked. its just a taste thing though, if you like fresh fresh fresh tomatoes this is it 😀 but unfortunately i’m only still starting to warm up to tomatoes. FREEEEESH ingredients though.

the dish you see all over everyone’s instagrams whenever they go here haha – and i see why. amazing, perfect summer pasta (10/10), no idea how they do it

i so so so badly wanted to try the (olive oil!!!) gelato but the portion looked so big and we were already so full by the time we finished munching through our apps TTTT – next time, for sure next time 😀
